Our Story
Back in 2019, we took on a catering job we’ll never forget. A well-known airline placed an order for 500 branded cookies—a dream gig, right? There was just one catch: they needed them in two days, right in the middle of our busiest season—Christmas!
The timing couldn’t have been worse, but there was no way we were going to let such an important client down. After a whirlwind of baking, decorating, and packing, we made a mad dash to the Airport to personally deliver the order.
Each cookie was perfectly packed and printed in vibrant colors with the airline’s logo. The client’s coordinator grabbed one, took a bite, and said:"These cookies not only look great, they taste amazing! You should sell them online."That moment stuck with me the entire night—it was my aha! moment.Not long after, we discovered Etsy, and our journey truly began. Fast forward to today, and Lucy’s Confections has grown beyond what we ever imagined.
